    1. Log in
    2. Click the red "Start a New Discussion Link" in the upper left hand corner
    3. Use the dropdown box to select what category you want your new discussion to be in.
    4. Enter the title of your new discussion in the "Enter your discussion topic" text box.
    5. Enter your comments in the "Enter your comments" text box
    6. Press the "Start Your discussion" button.
